The café scenes with Hayato, Himeko, and the others provide plenty of fun, while the swimsuit shopping and Sato Airi's appearance add energy without losing focus on the characters. The strongest part comes when Haruki is confronted with the name Takura Mao and becomes overwhelmed by everything connected to her mother and Tsukinose. Hayato's decision to stay beside her rather than demand answers gives their relationship genuine emotional weight, especially when he admits that he simply doesn't want her to make him worry. The episode also gives Kazuki some welcome character depth by having him openly acknowledge his mistakes with Airi. By the end, Haruki still has plenty of unanswered questions, but her growing willingness to face Tsukinose with Hayato makes the next chapter feel much more significant.
